Aviation service provider AAC Aviation has appointed Alan Jordan as its chairman, following the company’s recent transition to an employee ownership trust (EOT).
“By becoming an employee ownership trust, ACC Aviation has reached a milestone in its development,” said Jordan. “The management team and I aim to build on the opportunity presented by a business run for, and by, its employee shareholders.”
Jordan will support the company’s executive team in driving growth and maximising value creation for its employee shareholders.
