Kingfisher will not receive money from SBI

Lessor Aircastle has successfully priced $650 million in aggregate principal amount of 5.000% senior notes due 2030, at an issue price of 99.306%.
Aircastle intends to use the net proceeds from the offering for general corporate purposes, which may include the acquisition of aircraft, as well as refinancing a portion of their existing indebtedness.
The notes initially will be fully and unconditionally guaranteed on a senior unsecured basis by Aircastle’s wholly-owned subsidiary, Aircastle Advisor.
The offering is expected to close on July 17, 2025, subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions.
As of May 31, 2025, Aircastle owned and managed on behalf of its joint venture 272 aircraft leased to 78 airline customers located in 47 countries.
