airBaltic's carried 470,800 passengers in October, up 11% when compared to the same period last year. This comes on the back of flights increasing 2% from last year in the month.

“Throughout the last months, we reported multiple records for monthly traffic figures, both in a single month and overall in airBaltic’s history, highlighting our ongoing growth,” said airBaltic CEO Martin Gauss.

Year-to-date, the airline has carried over four million passengers.

The carrier's load factor increased 5.7 percentage points in October, compared to the same month last year, to 84.1%.
