Air India has extended to September 7 the last date for lenders to offer it a bridge loan of $500 million.
The deadline was set for August 24.
The loan is needed to finance the purchase of four 787, to be delivered between August and December, which will then be sold to a lessor in a sale-leaseback transaction.
