Air Incheon – Korea’s singular cargo-only airline – has obtained full membership to the international Air Transport Association (IATA).
IATA currently has more than 330 members, representing more than 80% of the world's air traffic.
"Joining IATA is an important milestone in Air Incheon's growth and reinforces our commitment to providing world-class air cargo solutions," said Seung-Hwan Lee, CEO of Air Incheon.
The cargo carrier also plans to complete the acquisition of Asiana Airlines' cargo business, launching an integrated corporation in July next year.
