Air Caraïbes funds one A350-1000

Crédit Agricole-CIB and Caisse Régionale de Crédit Agricole Mutuel (CRCA) Atlantique Vendée have jointly arranged the financing of the acquisition of a new Airbus A350-1000 (MSN 482) for the airline Air Caraïbes of the Dubreuil group. The aircraft was delivered on June, 2021. Crédit Agricole CIB acted as facility and security agent.

Crédit Agricole Group (CRCA Atlantique Vendée, CRCA of Martinique and French Guiana, CRCA of Guadeloupe, Crédit Agricole CIB, CRCA of Anjou and Maine, CRCA Brie Picardie, CRCA of Centre Ouest and CRCA Loire-Haute-Loire) supplied 52% of the debt. The remainder was supplied by Caisse Fédérale du Crédit Mutuel Océan, BRED Banque Populaire, Banque Populaire Grand Ouest and Caisse d'Epargne et de Prévoyance Bretagne-Pays de Loire.
