Air Astana transitions to spring-summer schedule, ramps international routes

Air Astana has transitioned to its spring-summer operating schedule starting March 26, 2023 to October 29, 2023. During this time the airline is planning to steadily ramp up its international operations using its A321neo fleet.

The airline has increased services from Almaty to Antalya to 10 times weekly while those from Astana will increase to daily service.  The airlines will ramp its Almaty to Tbilisi flights to daily and Astana to Tbilisi to thrice weekly.

Air Astana will increase its Tashkent schedule to 14 weekly flights from Almaty and five weekly flights from Astana while Almaty-London flights will go up to five weekly and Almaty to Bishkek to nine weekly flights.

In addition to a weekly flight to Chengdu, Air Astana will serve Beijing daily from Almaty and up to twice a week from Astana.

The airline’s Istanbul schedule will also see about 11 weekly flights from Almaty, seven weekly flights from Astana and thrice weekly from Atyrau.

Services from Almaty to Baku (Azerbaijan) and Dushanbe (Tajikistan) will be increased to up to four flights per week.

Air Astana’s spring-summer operating schedule will also include relaunch of its seasonal services between Almaty and Bodrum (Turkey) and Heraklion (Greece), as well as those from Almaty and Astana to Podgorica (Montenegro), operating three times a week, and from Almaty to Batumi (Georgia) operating five times a week.

Air Astana will also continue operating direct daily flights to Thailand, three times a week flights from Almaty to Bangkok and four times a week to Phuket.
