Kazakhstan-based airline Air Astana has commenced two new services to both Azerbaijan and Germany.
The airline launched a new service between Atyrau in western Kazakhstan and Baku on May 31, 2025. This route will be operated three times weekly.
Additionally, the carrier launched flights between Almaty and Frankfurt on June 1, 2025, which are operated by the airline’s A321LR. The service will also operate three times per week, complimenting the airline’s existing services from Astana and Uralsk to the German city.
Air Astana has also signed an updated codeshare agreement with Lufthansa to operate joint flights from Almaty to Frankfurt.
