AFG Aviation Ireland (AFG), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Aircraft Finance Germany, has acquired two General Electric engines from GE Aviation Materials (GEAM), a subsidiary of GE Aerospace.
Following the purchase on September 24, 2025, the engines were delivered to AFG customer, SAMI Airbus for Aircraft and Maintenance Services.
The transaction was completed after both engines underwent a full performance restoration shop visit, ensuring they meet the highest operational standards.
