Global aviation aftermarket sales company AerSale has announced the retirement of Robert ‘Bob’ Nichols from his role as vice chairman and president of asset management after 15 years with the company.
Nichols, who will continue to serve on the Board of Directors, helped establish AerSale in 2008 and is described as a having played “an integral part in the evolution of the company” by colleague and CEO Nicolas Finazzo. “While the management team will miss his insights and wisdom, I am very pleased he will continue his service with the company as a member of our Board of Directors,” he concluded.
“It has been a remarkable journey and a true privilege to have worked with my co-founded, Nicolas Finazzo, to further a culture of innovation and collaboration” noted Nichols, adding his conviction that “AerSale has a bright future ahead”.
