Cranfield Aerospace Solutions and Loganair to operate hydrogen-electric Islander in 2027

Aergo Capital has sold two Airbus A320-232 aircraft on behalf of Raptor Aircraft Finance I Limited 2019-1 to ORIX Aviation.
The aircraft (MSN 6535 and 6594) are currently on lease to Spanish low-cost carrier Vueling.
Smith Gambrell & Russell, LLP acted as lead counsel to Aergo.
Last week, Aergo also announced that it has acquired one Airbus A321-200 and sold one Boeing 737-800 aircraft.
On Christmas Eve, the Dublin-based lessor announced the acquisition of an A321-231 from Aircastle (MSN 7316), which is currently on lease to Wizz Air.
One day earlier, Aergo announced that it has sold one Boeing 737-800 aircraft to ORIX Aviation (MSN 37790), which is currently on lease to Transavia France.
Smith Gambrell & Russell also acted as lead counsel to Aergo on both transactions.
