PIA lease agreement

AerCap leased, purchased and sold 226 assets and signed financing transactions for $10.5 billion during the third financial quarter of the year.
The lessor signed 160 lease agreements, including 13 widebody aircraft, 107 narrowbody aircraft, 24 engines and 16 helicopters.
AerCap completed 41 purchases for 27 aircraft. This included two A220 family aircraft, 18 A320neo family aircraft, four 737MAX aircraft, one 787-9 and two Embraer E195-E2s. Along with aircraft purchased AerCap also acquired 13 engines and one helicopter.
In addition to signed lease agreements and completed purchases, AerCap completed 25 sale transactions for 18 aircraft. These aircraft included five A320 family aircraft, three A320neo family aircraft, four 737NGs, one 767-300, one 777-300 and four Embraer E190s. This is as well as three engines from AerCap's managed engine portfolio and four helicopters.
The lessor repurchased approximately 5.5 million shares - at an average price of $91.03 per share for a total of $497 million - AerCap also paid quarterly cash dividend on ordinary shares of $0.25 per share.
The total financing transactions included $2.4 billion of senior unsecured notes.
