AerCap said on April 16, 2025, that at its annual general meeting of shareholders (AGM), Victoria Jarman was appointed as a non-executive director of the company’s board.
At the meeting, both chairman of the board, Paul Dacier and the company's chief executive officer, Aengus Kelly, were reappointed to their respective roles. Additionally, non-executive directors James Lawrence, Jennifer VanBelle and Michael Walsh were also reappointed.
All appointments are with effect from the close of the company's AGM and are for a period of four years.
Richard Gradon also noted his retirement from the board with effect from the close of the company's 2025 AGM.
