Bernard Bot will take over as Aer Lingus CFO later this year.
Bot will replace incumbent Andrew Macfarlane on September 1st. Aer Lingus also appointed Federico Balzola as its chief people and change officer.
Bot previously served at TNT from 2005 until this year.
