Private equity firm AE Industrial Partners has appointed Oscar Torres as an operating partner, the company shared on July 15, 2025.
Torres joins the firm following three years as president and CEO of Kellstrom Aerospace, a former AE Industrial portfolio company, which was sold to VSE Corporation in December 2024. He also spent over 20 years as Kellstrom's CFO.
