Adani Group launches the Adani One App to digitize air travel

The Adani Group, one of the largest private airport operators in India, has launched the ‘Adani One’ app in an attempt to digitize the airport experience. As of now, the app has begun services for the airports under the Adani umbrella, but the company aims to create a digital twin.

In a LinkedIn post, Nitin Sethi, senior vice president and chief digital officer for consumer businesses at Adani Group wrote: “With the consumer alpha launch of Adani One, we have taken a step forward in our digital journey. It’s our collective effort to build a digital twin that will eventually parallel our traditional businesses. Starting with the airport vertical, this launch aims to gather customer insights and feedback that will help us improve their experience across touch points and make their experience seamless.”

The app is developed in-house and helps the passengers in basic travel needs like booking tickets, check flight status, access lounges at airports, shop for duty-free products, avail cabs and parking facilities. The Group claims that the app offers an integrated travel platform and will provide discounts, offers and loyalty programs.
