The German freight carrier ACG Air Cargo Germany is planning to start flying routes to China (Hong Kong and Shanghai) from Germany (Frankfurt-Hahn) with technical landings at the International Airport Novosibirsk (Tolmachevo) using Boeing 747-400SFs.

The move was negotiated between ACG Air Cargo Germany and Airport Novosibirsk (Tolmachevo) in early January, where terms and conditions of the Ground handling agreement were also discussed.

The airport has presented its second runway (Cat2) opened in September 2010 and a $700 million Master plan that included a new passenger terminal, catering factory, four star hotel, exhibition and congress center, shopping center, parking facilities. The development of air cargo traffic has been highlighted as one of the highest priorities for Novosibirsk Airport (Tolmachevo).
