Chorus Aviation said that proxy advisory firms ISS and Glass Lewis recommend shareholders vote in favour of selling the company’s regional aircraft leasing segment. Chorus said its board of directors have “unanimously determined” that the transaction would be in the best interest for the company. The vote will take place at a special meeting on September 25, 2024.
