IAT Leasing acquired two 2013 vintage A330-200 aircraft subject to lease with Hawaiian Airlines from ORIX Aviation. The aircraft were acquired on behalf of funds managed by Atalaya Capital Management. “IAT are delighted to have closed this deal, our first transaction with Atalaya,” said IAT CEO Martin Browne.
