Vmo Aircraft Leasing announced this week that former Boeing executive Diana Sands had joined its board of directors to chair its audit committee Executive chairman Robert Brown said the appointment of Sands meant the addition of “an inclusive and innovative leader” to the Vmo board. Sands’ three decades of experience includes senior compliance, finance and investor relations roles across what Vmo said were “multiple industries and disciplines”. Vmo was founded in early 2021 and has offices in Dublin, San Francisco and Singapore.
