LATAM Airlines Group (LATAM) has announced it is looking to repurchase senior notes. The airline will offer to repurchase up to $300 million aggregate principal amount of its outstanding 7.250% senior notes due June 9, 2020. LATAM said in a statement that it “reserves the right, in its sole discretion, subject to applicable law, to increase or decrease the tender cap; however, there can be no assurance that it will do so.” The outstanding principal amount of notes stands at $500 million.
