Ahead of its second quarter earnings, Embraer has signed a $1 billion syndicated credit agreement for five years on August 6, 2024. The deal is an extension of a $650 million syndicated credit operation announced in October 2022. The contract provides the company with important access to financial resources at pre-negotiated rates.
