BOC Aviation has completed its third bond issuance of the year, the company said on September 4, 2024. The $500 million seven-year bond has been issued through BOC Aviation (USA) with a coupon of 4.625%. “The tenor of this offering resonated with a diverse group of investors, resulting in a book close to four times subscribed and a tight spread of 105 basis points over treasuries,” commented BOC Aviation head of treasuries Mui Sin Chan.
