United Continental has priced a $300 million of senior notes due 2024 and rated Ba3 and BB-, at 5%. The notes were offered at par and have a spread to benchmark treasuries of 281 basis points. Merrill Lynch, JPMorgan, Barclays Capital and Deutsche Bank were underwriters on the issuance. ...
