Virgin Australia, the only Australian airline operating flights into Vanuatu following Air Vanuatu going into liquidation last week, has increased its services between Brisbane and Vanuatu from two flights per week to five, at the government’s request. “We were saddened to learn of Air Vanuatu being placed into liquidation,” said a Virgin Australia spokesperson.
