Vietnam Airlines receives new A320neo aircraft

Vietnam Airlines has taken delivery of one A320neo – the first of three of the aircraft type the airline will receive this year. The airline described the delivery as an “important addition” given global aircraft shortages due to engine recalls, and noted that the introduction of the A320neo “reaffirms Vietnam Airlines’ commitment to fleet modernisation and operational enhancement to meet increasing travel demand, especially during the summer season”.
