Uzbekistan Airways takes delivery of first 19-seat Let 410

Uzbekistan Airways recently took delivery of a rare aircraft type – Let 410 for shorter routes where runway length is a problem. The Let 410 entered service on July 20. The 19-seater aircraft supplements the airline’s current fleet of Airbus A320ceos/neos, A321neos, Boeing 767-300ERs, 787-8s, and wet-leased Airbus A330-200s. The carrier signed a contract with Czech investor group Omnipol on June 16 for a pair of Aircraft Industries L410 UVP-E20 passenger aircraft with an option to add two more airframes. The aircraft registered as UK41002; it is the first of two Let 410s on firm order. The next aircraft is
