Thomas Cook appoints Non-Exec Director

Thomas Cook has announced the appointment of a new non-executive director. Jamie Wilson is an experienced international finance executive having previously served as executive vice president and chief financial officer of Avon Products, as chief financial officer of brewer SABMiller and as non-executive director of the South African hotel and entertainment group, Tsogo Sun Holdings. Thomas Cook chairman Frank Meysman said: “I am delighted that we have attracted someone of Jamie’s calibre to our board.
