SIA CEO issues apology following severe turbulence incident

Singapore Airlines CEO Goh Choon Phong has issued an apology following the severe turbulence that hit flight SQ321 when flying from London Heathrow to Singapore, leaving one dead and 64 injured. In a video posted to the airlines Facebook page, the CEO said: “On behalf of Singapore Airlines, I would like to express my deepest condolences to the family and loved ones of the deceased. “We are very sorry for the traumatic experience that everyone onboard went through. Our priority is to render all possible assistance to our passengers and crew members. “Singapore Airlines will continue to extend all possible
