easyJet has finalised its agreement with SR Technics in which the airline will acquire the SR Technics maintenance facility in Malta on May 31, 2024. It follows the Malta Competition and Consumer Affairs Authority (MCCAA) approving the acquisition earlier in May. SR Technics Malta Limited is a maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) service provider that is primarily active in the provision of heavy maintenance services of commercial passenger aircraft from its premises in Malta, within Malta International Airport.
