Demand for Delta Air’s international routes growing faster than domestic

Delta Air Lines CEO Ed Bastian said demand for its international routes is growing faster than its domestic demand, Reuters reported. Bastian added that it is seeing healthy demand overall, with its second quarter 2024 revenues expected to be up 5%-7% year-on-year (YoY), driven by strong summer ticket sales. Bastian said its international business is “quite strong” with consumers more willing to spend on travel post-pandemic.
