Copa Airlines has started year-round operations between its hub in Panama City (PTY), Panama and ParamariboJ.A. Pengel International (PBM) based in Suriname. The route, which totals a distance of 2,697-kilometres, will be operated twice weekly by the carrier’s Boeing 737-700 fleet. The airline serves a total of 79 international destinations, according to statistics.
