CDB Aviation has delivered of the first of two A320neo aircraft to its new Chinese airline customer, Beibu Gulf Airlines (GX Airlines) – a subsidiary of China’s HNA Group. The aircraft is equipped with a LEAP-1A26 engine. The second aircraft is anticipated to be delivered in September 2024. “These new technology aircraft, boasting lower fuel consumption and superior operating characteristics, will advance Beibu Gulf Airlines’ fleet,” said CDB Aviation’s CEO Jie Chen.
