Latvian airline airBaltic appointed Dainis Berzins as its new chief information officer. He will be responsible for leading the airline’s IT strategy, overseeing digital transformation, information and data management. “Berzins is a seasoned IT professional with a wealth of experience in digital transformation and IT management,” commented airBaltic CEO and president Martin Gauss. Gauss continued: “Berzins’ proven track record of successfully managing complex IT projects and digital initiatives aligns perfectly with our vision for growth and technological advancement.” Prior to joining airBaltic, he was leading Baltic IT organisation Rimi Baltic, steering greater digitalisation and creating more engaging customer experiences.
