Watson Farley & Williams (WFW) advised Investec Bank on the financing of a fleet of 10 H135 and two AW109 helicopters for independent European investment firm RIVE Private Investment. The helicopters currently provide emergency medical services France and Spain. The cross-border WFW Aviation Finance team that advised Investec was led by Paris Partner Alexia Russell. “We are delighted to have advised Investec, a long-standing client of the firm, on this important new transaction,” said Russell. Matheson acted as joint Irish counsel to Investec and RIVE while Odi-se Avocats advised RIVE.
