ASUR reached a total of 6.4 million passenger during July 2024, down a marginal 1.7% when compared to the same month last year. The airport operator group headquartered in Mexico, with operations in its respective country as well as the US and Colombia, noted the slight decline was driven by Mexico’s passenger traffic declining 11.1%. Its international traffic in Mexico was down 12.7%, while its domestic traffic was down 9.4%. However, passenger traffic was up 15.4% in Colombia when compared to July 2023.
