Toronto Pearson International Airport reopened its second-busiest runway after eight months of repair work costing CA$80 million.
The work included concrete replacement and lighting upgrades as well as a full-depth replacement at the west end of the runway.
The new lights are LEDs that will cut overall energy use at the airport.
