Thai Airways and Amadeus strengthen strategic relationship through new technology

Thai Airways has expanded its relationship with Amadeus, selecting advanced retailing solutions. These include Altea NDC, Air Dynamic Pricing, and Anytime Merchandising. 

The solutions offer more personalised, consistent, and context-aware offers across all channels. 

“This technology investment represents a significant step in Thai Airways’ transformation," said Thai CEO Chai Eamsiri. "It strengthens our retailing capabilities, enabling us to offer passengers more relevant choices and a consistent experience across our digital channels.”
