Romanian airline Tarom has incurred a net loss of €80 million ($113 million) in 2010. This figure is 41.6% worse than its 2009 deficit. Full-year revenue was €306 million; while the airline carried 2.2 million passengers.
CEO Gabriela Bordea said its bid to keep fares as low as possible to remain competitive was why the airline did not meet its revenue forecast.
