Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corp (SMBC) and the Development Bank of Japan (DBJ) are reported to be preparing to take a combined 33.4% stake in Skymark Airlines. Together their stake will give then veto power over major decisions. ANA plans to acquire a 16.5%. It is unclear how much Integral will control since it has been suggested it would control a 50.1% share. These details have not yet been confirmed by either entity.
