Trading in shares of Malaysian Airlines (MAS) will be suspended from December 15, when the 6-billion-ringgit ($1.8 billion) restructuring process for the beleaguered airline begins.
Majority shareholder Khazanah Nasional Bhd, plans to take the airline private by the end of the year. Khazanah will replace MAS with a new company called Malaysia Airlines Bhd.
