Macquarie AirFinance priced its $650 million 5.20% senior notes due 2028 in a private offering, the company said on March 25, 2025. The notes have a spread of treasuries plus 120 basis points.
Net proceeds from the notes will be used for general corporate purposes, which may include the repayment of certain indebtedness.
The notes are expected to be issued on March 27, 2025. The notes will not be guaranteed by any of its subsidiaries.
Joint lead bookrunners are Mizuho, BNP, Citigroup, DBS, and Westpac.
