Hainan Airlines is seriously considering launching a direct air route between Dublin and Beijing, according to William Zhang, chief operating officer of parent company HNA.
Zhang also stated that HNA may choose Ireland to base its first regional headquarters. HNA also owns Bohai Leasing, which bought Avolon last year and is rumoured to be the leading bidder to purchase CIT Aerospace.
