Alaska Airlines 737 aircraft from Seattle to Orange County, California, was diverted to Portland when pilots noticed a fuel tank problem.
The plane landed normally and is now being repaired. A spokesperson for the airline said that it was unclear what caused the problem but there was enough fuel in both of the tanks to get to the destination but the airline decided to divert because the fuel wasn’t flowing properly.
