On September 16, 2014, Credit Agricole CIB (CACIB) and Gulf International Bank (GIB) successfully closed the finance lease of one new Boeing 737-800 (msn 40269) for flydubai. CACIB and GIB acted as Arrangers. CACIB acted as Facility Agent and Security Trustee. This is the second aircraft financing closed by the two banks working together for flydubai (the first one was delivered in November 2013). The banks were advised by Norton Rose Paris, while flydubai was advised by Dentons in London.
