FL Technics has opened a new aircraft components warehouse in Dubai, expanding its materials and logistics support for customers across the Middle East and Africa.
The facility will serve as a regional stock point for critical aircraft components, primarily high-value rotable parts, enabling faster delivery to airlines and maintenance providers and reducing aircraft-on-ground (AOG) response times.
Previously, components for the region were supplied from FL Technics’ logistics hubs in Europe, Asia and North America, including Vilnius, Frankfurt, Singapore and Miami. The company said growing demand in the Middle East drove the decision to establish a dedicated local warehouse.
The warehouse is located near Al Maktoum International Airport (DWC) and forms part of Avia Solutions Group’s wider expansion strategy in the Middle East. FL Technics said inventory levels will be determined using operational data and usage patterns to ensure frequently required components are held locally.
