Shanghai-based budget airline Spring Airlines is expanding more quickly into the Japanese market with a new twice-weekly Shanghai-Takamatsu route due to launch this week. It also plans to start Shanghai-Kyushu flights this year and a Shanghai-Hokkaido route next year.
