Erickson acquires 321 Precision Conversions

Erickson Group has fully acquired 321 Precision Conversions through its wholly owned subsidiary Precision Aircraft Solutions.

321 Precision Conversions provides Airbus A321-200PCF freighter conversions.

“We believe strongly in the platform, the team at 321 Precision Conversions, and the long-term demand for narrowbody freighters,” said Erickson Group president Dylan Garner.

Erickson had previously held a majority stake in the company and, as part of this transaction, has acquired Air Transport Services Group's minority stake.

“Full ownership under Erickson enables us to invest more boldly in our people, our partners, and the next generation of conversion programs,” said 321 Precision Conversion president Gary Warner. “We thank ATSG for their support and collaboration over the years, and will continue to support them as a customer.”

"We’re pleased to transition our interest in the program to Erickson, whose leadership will guide 321 Precision Conversions into its next phase," said ATSG chief commercial officer Todd France.

321 Precision Conversions will continue to provide engineering, certification, and MRO services.
