Embraer is aiming to raise annual commercial jet deliveries back to around 100 aircraft within the next two years, with scope to exceed that level as demand for regional jets strengthens, Reuters reported.
The Brazilian manufacturer plans to increase production and deliveries by nearly 30% over the next 24 months compared with 2025, when it delivered 78 commercial aircraft, at the lower end of its guidance range of 77 to 85 jets.
Embraer’s commercial aviation leadership said the priority is to restore output to historical levels before considering further expansion, although its current order book and recent sales momentum indicate production may need to rise beyond that initial target.
Despite losing a major competition in Poland to Airbus, Embraer significantly increased sales of its E2 regional jet family last year, securing 131 net orders. Customers included All Nippon Airways and LATAM, and E2 orders outpaced those of Airbus’s A220, according to the Reuters report.
