A section of an outboard wing flap found on Pemba Airline in Tanzania in June has been confirmed to be part of the missing MH370, according to Malaysian transport minister Seri Liow Tiong Lai, who stated that the serial number and date of manufacturing of the debris matched that of the Malaysia Airlines aircraft.
